Here are the Restroom Procedures we have in place:
Restrooms are deep cleaned by a custodian at least once a day during school hours.
Restrooms will also be sanitized by Preschool staff throughout the day. This includes door handles, toilet seats, toilet handles, and sink handles. They will be sprayed with a disinfectant spray.
Students will wash their hands after each time they use the restroom.
Staff will sanitize their hands and/or change gloves before helping the next student use the restroom.
Staff will wear masks while taking students to the restrooms or helping a student while in the restroom.
If a class is in the Multi-Purpose room and is taking a class restroom break, the Preschool staff will follow the following procedures:
Classes will go to the restroom with their pod.
Restroom stalls will be disinfected following the above procedure before the next classroom goes to the restroom.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE PROCEDURES WILL CHANGE ACCORDING TO THE GUIDANCE WE RECEIVE FROM OUR GOVERNING BODIES.
